  Very poor customer service! Went to this furniture shop two weeks ago and was met by a snobby little lady with heavy make up. She looked at us but did not say anything or follow us around. We were looking for a bedroom set and would appreciate help in choosing. No one came to help us. No one even bothered to talk to us as we exit the door. The heavily maked-up lady and a thin friendlier looking guy just glanced at us as we leave. We decided to go to Ashley’s in Regina instead and we were met by friendly attentive staff. We chose our future at Ashley’s and paid $10,600 in cash. I gave 2 stars because we went to McKarr before and the sofa we got was good quality, other wise I would have given it a one star. I hope they improve on their customer service so that good paying customers won’t be turned off. By the way, the delivery time for our sofa sucked as it was delayed by a month!
